Spring is already a month old in the northern hemisphere. We are going into Fall here where we live but I still want to celebrate the arrival of my favorite season by posting several photos from Springs of the past. Most of them are from the lovely state of North Carolina but a few are also from two of her neighbors, Virginia and Tennessee.
Is there any better place to see the beauties of Spring than in those glorious southern states? I tell you, no! But I also tell you that I speak from the soul of one who has southern blood running through her veins.
This is an album of about 60 photos. Should I have narrowed it down some more? Well, I did. I originally had almost 100 posted here! So here they are. Feast your eyes on Spring's loveliness...

The flowers appear on the earth, the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land. (Song of Solomon 2:12)
